How it works
Four steps
Terms depend on the calibre, the finish colour and the volume, so they belong in the reply to your enquiry rather than on a page. This is the sequence.

Enquiry
Send the calibre reference, or the case dimensions you need it to fit. Tell us roughly how many you expect to take in a year, and anything that needs to be different from the catalogue.

Specification
We return the fitting drawing and confirm finish colour, hand fitting and stem length. Where the variant is not in the catalogue, this is where the factory tells us whether it can be built.

Availability and price
We come back with availability, lead time and price for that specification at the quantity you have in mind.
04
Production
Volume is confirmed against your schedule and built at the manufacture. Every movement is then finished, checked and packed in our Hong Kong workshop before it ships.
Samples
We do not send free samples. Where a calibre is in stock, a sample movement can be requested and purchased so you can case it up and test it before committing to volume. Ask at the enquiry stage and we will tell you what is available against that reference.
Customisation
What you can change
Most base calibres exist skeletonised, engraved, or in a different finish colour, across 12 collections. Where the variant you want is not already in the catalogue, the specification stage is where we tell you whether it can be built.
